Question 1

How do I activate my eSIM for Greenland?

Accepted Answer

Choose a Greenland plan, complete checkout, then scan the QR code from your Zelbro dashboard. Install it on Wi-Fi before your trip and select the Zelbro line for mobile data when you arrive.

Question 2

Does the eSIM include a phone number, and can I use it from another country?

Accepted Answer

No. Zelbro eSIMs are data only — there is no phone number, and your regular SIM keeps your number. The plan also works only in the destination you bought it for: a Germany eSIM connects only in Germany, not in Canada or anywhere else. Buy the plan for the country you will actually be in.

Question 3

Which networks does the Zelbro eSIM use in Greenland?

Accepted Answer

Current supported partner networks in Greenland include TELE Greenland. Network availability can vary by location and plan.

Question 4

When does my Greenland eSIM plan start?

Accepted Answer

The plan normally starts when the eSIM first connects to a supported network in Greenland, not when you buy it. Install before departure and switch it on when you arrive.

Question 5

Can I share data from my Greenland eSIM?

Accepted Answer

Personal hotspot and data sharing are supported when the selected plan and local network allow them. Your phone must also support hotspot use with an eSIM data line.

Question 6

Will my phone work with an eSIM in Greenland?

Accepted Answer

Your device must support eSIM and be carrier-unlocked. Check compatibility before purchase, then keep your regular SIM active for calls if needed and use the Zelbro eSIM for mobile data.
